Cotopaxi Ecuador isn’t just for extreme hikers. El Porvenir is an incredible Ecuador Hacienda just 10 minutes from the Cotopaxi National Park entrance and is a family owned working cattle ranch and farm. What an incredible experience to see this volcano from such an epic hotel in Ecuador.
