This new film from Disney just blew my mind, and after quite a few requests from the community, and "we dont talk about bruno" reaching number on on the charts (WOW), I decided to give this dance party my best shot!
This quick and fun workout is perfect to do with your kids, grandkids or even just to bring your own inner child out! If you haven’t seen the film, I highly recommend it. The unconventional characters, bright colors, and energetic music make the film really fun to watch even for adults!
