Fallout 4 brought one of the best system’s to the Fallout franchise, that being the dynamic Legendary system, which can spawn in Legendary enemies randomly across the wasteland past level 6. Well. Today I set everything to Legendary, every enemy, NPC and docile animal. Lets see how long I can survive on Perma-death Survival.
