Today’s session is primarily for Erik Kiptanui Training for Boston Marathon
Renato has chosen courses with slight uphill and downhill sections.
This is to prepare for the slightly hillier course at Boston
Erik is running 10x 1200m in the second part of this morning’s session,
while the rest of the group runs 10x 1000m. Both groups at the same pace.
