Neulakinnastekniikalla on helpompi tehdä ympyrää, soikiota tai putkea kuin työskennellä edestakaisin (kuten neulottaessa ja virkatessa). Kääntyminen kerroksen lopussa "vasemmalle ylös" on ensimmäisen ja toisen silmukan kohdalla hieman hankalaa, muttei mahdotonta. Päätyyn on hyvä lisätä pari ylimääräistä silmukkaa, ettei reuna lähde kapenemaan. Päätyyn voi tehdä myös "irrallisia" silmukoita ennen työn kääntämistä (päätyihin muodostuu pienet lenkit).







In nalbinding it is easier to work in circles or ovals, or tube. Working to and fro like when knitting is possible, though. The one or two first stitches at the turn are a bit challenging but doable. At the end of a row, increase twice (or so) to prevent the edge from starting getting narrower. You could also make a few extra stitches and leave them unattached before turning the work (it leaves small loops at the ends).





Please do notice that the movements are slow on purpose, and that due to some difficulties combining suitable light and the position of the video camera, and that I wanted to see my hands both irl and on the small video screen, I had to keep my arms and hands in a bit akward and clumsy position, so the movements may not look "natural".
