I share in detail with you how i was able to get the customer to sign…This took a while to do but we were able to secure the deal and get the job done in 22 days.
Often times you are facing 3-4 other contractors and in this case price was not the reason they chose applewood. We were not the cheapest….but the homeowner knew we would deliver in time!
