HUGE CHANGES COMING TO HOI4 IN 2022! ITALY REWORK CONFIRMED!

Italy is getting a new focus tree, Peace Deals are getting reworked and a lot of new ideologies!
Wunderwaffen aka nuclear projects, better roleplay, great power diplomacy and more coming!
HOI4 is gonna have a big year in 2022 and these are all the planned changes that we might see!

It’s been a while since we did a HOI4 Dev Diary video and this one is a special one cause it’s all about the HOI4 2022 Content Battleplan aka the Road Map that the HOI4 Devs have planned out for this year.
Dan Lind has moved onto another project, so this is the first year with the new HOI4 Game Director.

As promised before though, the biggest changes that everyone wants to HOI4 are coming.
Peace conferences are gonna get updated and Italy will be reworked.
Alongside these necessary updates, we will have more national focus trees, highly likely that it’s gonna be a Scandinavia DLC because Dan Lind did talk about that a year ago.
We’ll have better AI, changes to doctrines and combat as well as more differences between sub ideologies and government forms.

Overall the game is getting more and more in depth over time and you love to see it.
The new game director also mentioned that they will try to ramp up the pace of DLC’s and updates throughout this year, but it’s not a promise.
As Tommy always says, the future of HOI4 is bright and 2022 should be a big year.
These are the biggest changes most likely coming to HOI4 in 2022!
