Constitutional lawyer Jan Kysela gave a lecture on the state of Czech democracy. He heads the Department of Political Science and Sociology at the Faculty of Law of Charles University and he is a member of the Government Legislative Council. The lecture was given at the Political Science Symposium in Brno in March 2021.
