The SDW 50 is a 50 mile race from Worthing in West Sussex to Eastbourne in East Sussex following the South Downs Way. Victoria is due to take part in the 2022 edition, and we set out for our Sunday long run to scout out the course from Devil’s Dyke to near Housedean Farm and back.
