Here we have a newly renovated 20x8x12high tiny house.it sits on a 2017 bwise trailor,specially made for tiny homes.we put new paneling, floors,ceilings with trimming,new shower,hot water heater,toilet,stove,sink ..has Refrigerator,TV on a swivel,ac in the wall,hunter style ceiling fan with lights,all new wrought iron fixtures,.top loft can fit a queen size bed,and I built a shelf which is not pictured yet.comes fully furnished the way you see it.there is not really any storage, but can built to suit. Has propane hot water heater,and stove. It had a woodburning stove which comes with house but it not attached,I recomend a split air/heat system.has new roof ,plywood and shingles and skylight..house is titled as a trailor,so there’s no deed,just the title for the trailor..I have a friend that is willing to deliver at a reasonable rate.please any questions call me..thanks ben
