US not in a position to lecture! China slams US over state sovereignty remarks on Ukraine issue

The United States is not qualified to tell China how to respect state sovereignty and territorial integrity, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said at a press briefing in Beijing on Thursday.

Hua made the remarks in response to U.S. State Department spokesperson Ned Price’s saying that China should respect the principle of sovereignty and has an obligation to urge Russia to back down the Ukraine issue.
