Technology Minister Chris Philp has told Sky News that Boris Johnson is not responsible for the Labour Leader facing abuse from a mob in Westminster.
It comes after Sir Keir Starmer was bundled into the back of a police car after being confronted by protesters shouting "traitor" and "Jimmy Savile" at him.
