A penalty, the ball clearly goes in - and yet the goal isn’t given… In the DFB Cup match between 1. FC Köln and Hamburger SV, Florian Kainz was left feeling sorry for himself. His bizarre, disallowed penalty left many viewers puzzled, but the decision was correct. Kainz is not alone, as in the past there have been similar surprises and refereeing decisions, which happen very rarely but which are right according to the rulebook.
